Welcome!
Welcome to our new Blog! This Blogspot is dedicated to my clients and other followers interested in the latest tax laws, information and updates.
Well, the 2010 tax season is officially closed. Hopefully you have filed your 2009 tax returns. For those of you who have not yet filed, I have sent your 4 month extension to the Internal Revenue Service. The California State tax return extension is AUTOMATIC when the Federal extension is filed. Your next due date is 4 months from the final filing date:
Corporate returns due (extension): July 15, 2010
Individual and Partnership returns due (extension): August 15, 2010
If you require a second extension, please contact me as soon as possible. The 2nd extension must be APPROVED by the Internal Revenue Service prior to the above due dates.
